Getting started
Navigating the dashboard
A quick tour of the main sections and what each one is for.
Updated
Once you've signed in you land on the Home screen. Everything else is a sidebar link away. Here's what each section does.
Browse
The full award database. Search, filter by industry, deadline, fee range, prestige, and match score. Every award in the database has been researched: submission questions are visible before you pay.
Recommended
Awards Awardica thinks are worth a look based on your company profile. The list updates as your profile gets more complete and as new awards are added to the database. If a recommendation looks wrong, check your profile — a missing industry or size field is usually the cause.
Saved
Awards you've bookmarked but haven't started on yet. Think of this as your shortlist. When you're ready to act on one, add it to your Pipeline.
Pipeline
Your active application tracker. Awards move through stages — Considering, Applying, Submitted, Won, Passed — and each entry can have tasks, deadlines, notes, and a budget allocation attached to it.
Tasks
A flat view of every task across all pipeline entries, sorted by due date. Useful when you want to see what needs doing this week without opening each application individually.
Deadlines
A calendar view of submission deadlines. It pulls from your pipeline entries, so deadlines only appear here for awards you've actually added to your pipeline.
Budget
Tracks entry fees across your pipeline. You set a budget target for the year and it shows you what you've committed and what's left. Useful at invoice time and for planning the next quarter.
Assistant
An AI writing tool that knows your company profile and your library. Ask it to draft an answer to a specific submission question and it'll pull in relevant context from past entries you've saved.
Library
A searchable store of your previous answers, organised by topic (company overview, key achievements, leadership, and so on). The Assistant draws on this automatically. The more you add, the better — entries from two years ago are still useful reference material.
Intelligence
Tracks competitor award wins and your own historical award record. Useful for benchmarking and for building the case internally that award programmes are worth the investment.
Reports
Exportable summaries for stakeholders: awards applied to, entry fees, outcomes, and timelines.
Settings
Your account, team members, notification preferences, and billing. If you're on an Agency plan, this is also where you create and manage client workspaces.
The sidebar collapses on narrow screens. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open it.
