Saving and shortlisting awards
How to bookmark awards you want to revisit and move the best ones into your pipeline.
Updated
When you find an award worth tracking, you have two options: save it for later, or go straight to your pipeline.
Saving an award
Click the bookmark icon on any award card or detail page. The award moves to your Saved list in the sidebar. Nothing is committed — saving just means you want to come back to it.
Your Saved list is a staging area. Use it when:
- You want to check something later (deadline hasn't opened yet, need approval before committing)
- You're doing a research sweep and don't want to clutter your pipeline
- A colleague should make the call on whether to enter
Moving a saved award to your pipeline
From the Saved page, click Add to pipeline on any award. This creates a pipeline entry at the Considering stage. You can then add tasks, set a budget allocation, and move it through the stages when the application is underway.
Adding to the pipeline directly from Browse
You don't have to save first. On any award card or detail page, click Add to pipeline. This skips the Saved list and goes straight to a new pipeline entry.
Removing from your saved list
Click the bookmark icon again to unsave. If the award is already in your pipeline, unsaving it doesn't remove it from the pipeline — the two are independent.
Sharing your shortlist
There's no separate sharing feature, but every team member on your workspace sees the same Saved list and pipeline, so a shortlist one person builds is immediately visible to everyone else.
