Using the AI Assistant

The Assistant is an AI writing tool inside Awardica. Unlike a general-purpose AI, it knows your company profile and your answer library, so it drafts in your voice and with your facts rather than inventing them.

What the Assistant is good at

• Drafting an answer to a specific submission question using your company data
• Pulling relevant examples from your library without you having to dig for them
• Rephrasing an existing answer to fit a different word count or tone
• Summarising long past entries into a shorter format
• Writing a new section from scratch when you brief it properly

What to give it

The more specific you are, the better the output:

"Draft an answer to the question 'Describe how your business has achieved measurable growth over the past two years.' The award is aimed at mid-market professional services firms. Word limit: 500. Use Q3 revenue growth from our profile and pull in any relevant case studies from our library."

Vague prompts get vague answers. If you tell it the question, the award context, and the word limit, it can produce something close to submission-ready on the first pass.

How it uses your library

The Assistant searches your library automatically before responding. If you've saved an answer about your key achievements or a client case study, it'll surface that material rather than making something up. You can also link a specific library entry by name if you want to force it to use particular content.

Saving an output to your library

After the Assistant produces a draft, click Save to library. Give the entry a title and a topic tag. It then becomes reusable for future entries — the next time you're writing about the same subject, the Assistant (or you) can pull it directly.

What the Assistant won't do

• Submit applications on your behalf
• Connect to a publisher's portal
• Pull live data from outside your profile and library
• Guarantee accuracy — always review before submitting

Treat every output as a first draft. Read it, edit it for facts and tone, and make sure it actually answers the question before copying it into the submission form.

Usage limits

AI usage is metered per plan. The usage counter appears at the top of the Assistant page. If you reach your monthly limit before your billing date, the Assistant will be temporarily unavailable until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
