Managing client workspaces

How agency accounts work, how to create workspaces for each client, and how to keep them separate.

Updated

Agency accounts are designed for teams managing award programmes on behalf of multiple clients. Each client gets their own workspace — a completely separate environment with its own pipeline, library, award history, and settings.

How workspaces are isolated

Everything in a workspace belongs to that workspace only. A client A pipeline entry cannot appear in client B's view, and vice versa. Library entries, saved awards, competitor tracking, and reports are all per-workspace.

Your agency's team members can access all workspaces by default, but the client never sees another client's data.

Creating a client workspace

Go to SettingsWorkspacesNew workspace. Give it the client's name. The workspace is ready immediately.

You can create as many workspaces as your plan allows. The workspace count is shown in Settings.

Deleting a workspace

Open the workspace settings and click Delete workspace. This permanently removes all data for that workspace: pipeline, library, history, everything. This cannot be undone. Export any reports you need before deleting.

Handing a workspace over to a client

If a client wants to take over their workspace and manage it themselves, they can create their own Awardica account and you can transfer ownership. Contact support to arrange a transfer — there's no self-serve handover flow yet.

What clients can see

Clients do not have access to your agency's Awardica account by default. You manage everything on their behalf. If you want to give a client view-only or edit access to their own workspace, you can invite them as a team member on that specific workspace.

Billing

Your agency plan covers all the workspaces on your account. Clients don't need their own billing relationship with Awardica. If a client is moving to manage their programme in-house, they'd need their own Awardica subscription.
