Upgrading or downgrading your plan
How to change your subscription, what happens to your data, and how billing works at the changeover.
Updated
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan and select the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Proration: If you're in the middle of a billing cycle, you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the period. The full new price applies from the next billing date.
Access: New features unlock immediately after upgrading. Your pipeline, library, and history are all still there — upgrading just adds capabilities, it doesn't change your data.
Downgrading
Pro → Free: Your pipeline, library, and history are preserved but access to those features is locked behind the paywall. If you upgrade again later, everything is still there exactly as you left it.
Agency → Pro: All client workspaces are preserved but only one workspace becomes active. You can choose which one to keep. The others are archived — contact support to reactivate them. This is a significant change; make sure you've exported reports from any client workspaces you're archiving.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for. After that, you're on the Free plan.
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. Pipeline entries, library, and history stay intact. You just lose access to the features. If you come back later, everything is where you left it.
Switching between monthly and annual
You can switch from monthly to annual (or back) at your next renewal date. Go to Settings → Billing and change the billing frequency. The change takes effect on the next billing date — you won't be charged twice for the current period.
Refunds
Awardica doesn't offer prorated refunds if you downgrade mid-cycle. You keep access to the paid tier until the period ends. If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact support.
