What's included in each Awardica plan, and how to figure out which one is right for you.

Updated

Awardica has three plan tiers: Free, Pro (for in-house teams), and Agency.

Free

The Free plan lets you browse the award database, see prestige ratings and risk flags, and save awards to a shortlist. It's the right starting point for understanding which awards exist before committing to a paid plan.

Free doesn't include:

  • Match scores (based on your company profile)
  • Full submission question visibility
  • Pipeline and task management
  • AI Assistant and Answer Library
  • Competitor intelligence
  • Reports

Pro

The Pro plan is for in-house marketing and communications teams managing awards for one company. It includes everything.

  • Unlimited award saves and pipeline entries
  • Full submission question visibility
  • AI Assistant with your company profile and library built in
  • Competitor award tracking (up to 5 competitors)
  • Full reports
  • Team members (up to 5 seats)

Agency

The Agency plan is for consultancies and agencies managing award programmes for multiple clients. It gives you:

  • Separate client workspaces (clients' pipelines and libraries are completely isolated)
  • Workspace switcher for moving between clients
  • Team members across all workspaces
  • Per-client reporting
  • Competitor tracking per client workspace
  • More AI usage quota than Pro

Annual plans

An annual subscription gives you 25% off the monthly price. Annual plans are billed upfront. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any renewal date.

Beta period

During the beta, invited users get access to Pro features at no charge for 12 months from their sign-up date. No credit card is required. At the end of the beta period, you'll be offered the chance to continue on a paid plan.

Which plan is right for you?

If you're managing awards for one company with a team of up to 5 people: Pro.
If you're managing awards for multiple client companies: Agency.
If you're not sure yet: start Free and upgrade when you're ready.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged prorated for the current billing period.
