Troubleshooting
Contacting support
How to get help when the docs don't have the answer.
Updated
Before you contact us
Check the common questions article — most issues are covered there. If you're having a problem with specific award data, award data accuracy explains what to expect and how to report a problem.
Email support
Email support@awardica.com with a description of the issue. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The URL of any relevant page
- A screenshot if it's a visual problem
We typically reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, UK hours).
Reporting a bug
If you've found something that appears to be a bug — a page that errors, a feature that doesn't do what it's supposed to — use the Feedback button in the bottom-right of any dashboard page. Bug reports go directly to the engineering team.
For security vulnerabilities, email security@awardica.com directly rather than using the feedback button.
Feature requests
Use the Feedback button and select "Feature request." We read every one and track them for the roadmap. You can see what's coming at awardica.com/roadmap.
Award data corrections
For corrections to specific award listings (wrong deadline, incorrect fee, stale information), use the Report a problem button on the award's listing page rather than emailing support. Data corrections have a separate queue and are handled by the research team.
Publisher support
If you run an award programme and need help with claiming or updating your listing, email publishers@awardica.com.
Billing questions
Go to Settings → Billing first — most billing questions (changing plans, downloading invoices, updating a card) can be handled from there. If you need help that the billing page doesn't cover, email support@awardica.com with "billing" in the subject line.
