Why is my match score low?
Match scores are based on your company profile. A low score usually means the profile is incomplete — missing an industry, a revenue range, or a headcount. Go to Settings → Company profile and fill in every field. Scores update immediately when you save.
A low score can also mean the award genuinely isn't a great fit. That's useful information — it's better to know that before you start writing.
Why can't I see submission questions on some awards?
Full submission question visibility requires a Pro or Agency plan. On the Free plan, you can see that an award has submission questions but not the questions themselves. Upgrade to see full detail.
Some awards don't have submission questions in the database yet — the research team is continually adding them. If an award you care about is missing questions, use the Request data button on the award listing.
Why is a deadline showing as TBC?
The award is likely between entry cycles — the next cycle's dates haven't been announced yet. Save the award and check back closer to the time. If you know the deadline is now confirmed and the listing hasn't been updated, use the Report a problem button to flag it.
I can't find an award I know exists
Try:
- Searching by part of the name (sometimes the official name differs from what people call it)
- Searching by the publisher name
- Removing industry filters — the award might be categorised differently than expected
If it's definitely not there, click Request an award on the Browse page. New award requests are reviewed weekly.
The Assistant gave me wrong information
The Assistant draws from your company profile and library. If the output contains inaccurate claims, the most common causes are:
- Outdated profile data (revenue figure, headcount, key milestones)
- Library entries with stale or incorrect content
Fix the source data rather than the Assistant's output — the same wrong fact will appear in future drafts if it's in the library.
Always review AI-generated content before submitting it. Treat it as a first draft, not a finished answer.
My team member can't see the pipeline
Check that they're on the same workspace. If your account has multiple workspaces (Agency plan), a team member might be looking at the wrong one. Have them switch workspace using the dropdown in the top-left of the sidebar.
An invoice didn't arrive
Invoices are emailed to the billing email on the account. Check the billing email in Settings → Billing — it might differ from your login email. If you need an invoice re-sent, contact support.
Can I use Awardica for a non-profit or charity?
Yes. Non-profits can sign up like any other organisation. There's no specific non-profit pricing at the moment, but feel free to contact us and we can discuss.
