Keeping your listing accurate
How to update deadlines, fees, submission questions, and other details on your award listing.
Updated
Once you've claimed your listing, keeping it accurate is the most valuable thing you can do. Awardica entrants use the listing to decide whether to enter before they visit your site — a listing with stale deadlines or a missing entry fee loses you entries.

What to update before each entry cycle
Deadline — Update this as soon as next cycle's date is confirmed. This is what entrants look at first.
Entry fee — If fees have changed, update them. Fees shown in Awardica affect the budget calculations entrants make.
Submission questions — These are the most valuable thing you can add. Entrants can't see your submission portal without paying, so showing the questions upfront gives serious entrants a reason to enter and discourages poor-fit applications.
Eligibility — If criteria have changed (new revenue thresholds, new categories, geography changes), update these so the match score sends the right entries your way.
Past winners — Adding previous winners builds credibility and helps entrants calibrate whether their business is competitive.
Categories and subcategories
If your award has multiple categories, each one should be a separate listing. This lets entrants see which specific category fits them and submit for the right one.
What you can't edit
Prestige ratings and risk flags are set editorially by Awardica and can't be changed by publishers. If you believe a rating is inaccurate, contact us at publishers@awardica.com with supporting information.
Notifying entrants of changes
If you change a deadline or a major eligibility criterion after entries have opened, consider adding a note to the listing description explaining the change and when it was made. Entrants who have already added your award to their pipeline won't automatically be notified.
