Submitting a new award to the directory
How to add an award programme that isn't in the Awardica database yet.
Updated
If your award programme isn't in the Awardica database yet, you can submit it for inclusion. Awardica reviews all submissions before adding them.
How to submit
- Go to
awardica.com/publisher/submit. - Fill in the submission form with as much detail as you can.
- Click Submit for review.
You'll receive a confirmation email. The review process typically takes 3–5 business days.
What information to include
The more detail you provide, the faster the review and the better the listing. Required fields:
- Award name and publisher organisation
- Award website URL
- Entry type (open application, nomination, or invitation only)
- Industry / target audience
- Entry fee
- Deadline (or approximate timing if the next cycle isn't confirmed)
Strongly recommended:
- Submission questions (or a sample)
- Eligibility criteria
- Judging process description
- Past winners (links to a press release or winners page)
Review criteria
Awardica lists awards that are:
- Open to legitimate business entrants (not invitation-only exclusives)
- Independently judged (or transparent about their judging)
- Not pure advertising vehicles (where every applicant wins a fee-paid "award")
Awards that fail these criteria are declined. If your submission is declined, you'll receive an email explaining why.
After approval
Once approved, the listing is live in the database. You'll be invited to claim it so you can keep it updated. If you already have a publisher account, the listing will appear in your dashboard automatically.
Updating information after submission
If you submitted details that were incomplete and the listing isn't approved yet, email publishers@awardica.com with the award name and the updated information.
