Your award history
How to view, add to, and use your company's historical award record in Awardica.
Updated
Your award history is a record of every award your company has won or been shortlisted for — both past entries tracked in Awardica and historical wins from before you joined.
How your history is built
Awards you enter and win through Awardica automatically appear in your history when you mark a pipeline entry as Won or Shortlisted. For historical wins, you can add them manually.
Adding historical wins
Go to Intelligence → Your history → Add past win. Enter:
- The award name (Awardica will search its database for a match; if none exists, you can enter it as a free-text entry)
- The year won
- The category
- The outcome (Won, Shortlisted, Highly Commended)
Add as far back as you have records. Historical data makes your profile more useful and feeds the match score engine — a history of winning certain types of awards influences which ones Awardica recommends.
What you can see
- A timeline of wins, most recent first
- Breakdown by programme, category, and outcome
- Comparison against competitor wins (if you've added competitors to track)
Using history for internal reporting
Go to Reports and select Award history to download a CSV. This is useful for:
- Annual reviews where you need to document PR and brand activity
- Board packs that need evidence of industry recognition
- New business pitches where "we've won these awards" is a credibility signal
Using history in submissions
Many awards ask "list your previous wins in this category" or "describe any industry recognition your company has received." Your history page is the source of truth for those questions. The Assistant can also pull from your win history when drafting responses.
Privacy
Your award history is visible to everyone on your workspace. It is not visible to competitors, publishers, or anyone outside your organisation.
