Getting started

What is Awardica?

Awardica rates, ranks, and tracks business awards so you can tell which ones are worth entering before you pay an entry fee.

Updated

Awardica is an award intelligence platform. It answers a question that is otherwise expensive to answer: out of the thousands of business awards that exist, which handful are actually worth your time and money?

Most award research goes the same way. Someone forwards you a call for entries, you spend two hours digging through the publisher's site trying to work out whether it is credible, you can't find the submission questions until after you've paid, and you end up entering on instinct. Repeat that across a year and you have spent real budget with no way to tell which entries were good bets.

What the platform gives you

A researched database. Every award listing carries structured data — entry fee, deadline, eligibility, judging process, and the submission questions themselves. The questions are visible before you pay, so you know what you are committing to.

Ratings that let you compare. Awards are scored on prestige and flagged for risk, so a well-known industry award and a pay-to-play scheme don't look identical in a list.

A match score for your company. Once you have completed your profile, each award gets a score estimating how well it fits your industry, size, revenue, and goals.

A place to run the work. Shortlist awards, move them through a pipeline, assign tasks, track deadlines, and keep a library of reusable answers so you stop rewriting the same three paragraphs about your company.

Who it's for

Awardica serves two groups, and some features differ between them.

In-house marketing and comms teams managing awards for one company. You work in a single workspace.

Agencies managing awards on behalf of several clients. You get separate client workspaces and a switcher to move between them, so one client's pipeline never bleeds into another's.

What it is not

Awardica does not submit applications for you. Entries still go through each publisher's own submission system, and you still pay entry fees directly to the publisher. What Awardica does is make sure that by the time you start an application, you already know it is worth finishing.

It also does not guarantee wins. The ratings tell you which awards are credible and which fit your profile — judging is still judging.

Where to go next

If you are setting up for the first time, your company profile is the thing to get right first, because most of the intelligence in the product keys off it.
