Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a woman business professional or executive working in the greater Wichita area
• Nominee should demonstrate significant professional achievement and leadership within her organization or industry
• Nominee should have a record of positive impact or service in the Wichita-area community; self-nominations and third‑party nominations are accepted
