Eligibility Requirements

• Organization must have a physical presence and employees in the Wichita, Kansas area
• Must meet the minimum employee headcount threshold (often 10+ or similar) to conduct a valid Quantum Workplace survey
• Must complete the online nomination/registration form and agree to participate in the employee survey process by the 2026 program deadlines
