Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a woman in a senior leadership role (such as C-suite, partner, founder, owner, or equivalent executive position).
• Nominee’s primary business impact must be in the Greater Washington, DC region (DC, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland).
• Nominee must demonstrate significant professional achievement and leadership, as well as community or civic involvement; self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.
