ULI Global Awards for Excellence

Overview

The ULI Global Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding development projects and programs that demonstrate excellence across design, planning, economics, sustainability, and community impact. They are run by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a highly respected global real estate and land-use nonprofit, and companies pursue them for peer recognition, credibility with investors and public-sector stakeholders, and association with a top-tier industry award. Strong credibility signals include the ULI brand, a juried review process, and the fact that projects must first advance through regional awards programs before becoming global finalists.

Eligibility Requirements

• Submissions are open to all; ULI membership is not required
• Applicants must first enter the relevant regional Awards for Excellence program (Americas, Europe, or Asia Pacific)
• Projects/programs must be eligible under the applicable regional program rules and be selected as regional winners/finalists to advance to the global awards
