ULI Americas Awards for Excellence

Overview

The ULI Americas Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding real estate development projects and programs across North, Central, and South America, with an emphasis on financial viability, design quality, innovation, and lasting impact. The program is run by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a respected global real estate and land-use nonprofit, and winners are selected through a jury process that includes finalist interviews and site visits. Companies and public-sector sponsors pursue it for strong industry credibility, peer recognition, and the reputational value of being featured among ULI’s best-in-class projects.

Eligibility Requirements

• Projects and programs in the ULI Americas region
• Projects must be financially viable, substantially complete, and in stabilized operation
• Multiple-phase projects may submit complete phases if at least the first phase is finished, occupied, and operating
• No need to be a ULI member to submit
• Previously winning ULI Global, Americas, Europe, APAC, or Urban Open Space Awards submissions are ineligible
