Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a business, nonprofit, or individual leader with significant professional activity in the Twin Cities / Minnesota region
• Must demonstrate notable, recent (past 12–18 months) impact in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organization or the broader community
• Nominator must submit an online form including a 250–300 word description of accomplishments and may optionally upload supporting documentation
