Twin Cities Best Places to Work is a regional workplace-honors program run by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal that recognizes companies in the Twin Cities for exceptional employee engagement, culture, and benefits. Honorees are selected based on confidential, third-party employee surveys administered by Quantum Workplace, rather than editorial opinion alone. Companies pursue the award both for local employer-brand visibility and for access to survey analytics that benchmark engagement. Eligibility Requirements

• Company must have a physical presence and employees in the Minneapolis–St. Paul (Twin Cities) region
• Minimum employee count threshold as defined by the program (varies by size category and is verified via Quantum Workplace surveys)
• Must complete registration, pay the nonrefundable $250 participation fee, and allow Quantum Workplace to conduct confidential employee surveys within the program timeline
