Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a CEO, president, managing partner, or equivalent top executive role
• Organization must have a significant presence or headquarters in the Triad region of North Carolina
• Leaders are evaluated on leadership, organizational performance, workplace culture, and community involvement
