Triad Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honors 40 emerging leaders under age 40 who are making significant professional and civic contributions in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. Run editorially by the Triad Business Journal (an American City Business Journals outlet), it recognizes rising executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders across industries. Companies and individuals pursue it for regional visibility, networking with other high‑potential leaders, and third‑party credibility in a respected local business publication.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be under 40 years old as of the 40 Under 40 awards date in 2026
• Nominee must work in the Triad region of North Carolina (e.g., Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and surrounding areas)
• Nominee must demonstrate significant professional achievement and community or civic involvement; self-nominations and third-party nominations accepted
