Overview

Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Leaders in Diversity / Diversity in Business program recognizes individuals and organizations making meaningful contributions to diversity, equity, inclusion, and workplace/business leadership in the Tampa Bay region. It is run by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, a regional business media outlet, and winners are selected through the journal’s editorial nomination and review process, which gives it stronger credibility than a simple pay-to-win program.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be an individual leader with demonstrated contributions to diversity and inclusion
• Work must have relevance to the Tampa Bay region
• Nomination is subject to editorial review by the Tampa Bay Business Journal
• Self-nominations may be accepted depending on the category
