Overview

The Tampa Bay Corporate Citizenship / Partners in Philanthropy Awards (often branded as One Tampa Bay) is run by the Tampa Bay Business Journal to recognize nonprofits and companies that demonstrate outstanding corporate philanthropy, employee volunteerism, and community impact in the Tampa Bay region. Honorees are selected through an editorial nomination and review process rather than pay-to-play advertising, which gives the list credibility as a vetted regional benchmark for corporate social responsibility. Companies pursue it for local brand visibility, community relations value, and to highlight their social impact to stakeholders and employees.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a nonprofit organization or a for-profit company with significant operations or impact in the Tampa Bay region (generally Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and surrounding counties)
• Must demonstrate measurable corporate philanthropy, community investment, or employee volunteer initiatives within the most recent year
• Nominator must complete the official Tampa Bay Business Journal online nomination form for the 2026 One Tampa Bay / corporate philanthropy awards cycle by the published deadline
