Eligibility Requirements

• Deal or project must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area (as defined by Tampa Bay Business Journal).
• Deal or project must have closed or reached a qualifying milestone between June 2025 and June 2026, per the 2026 cycle rules.
• Nominator must provide detailed information on the transaction, key parties involved, size, timing, and significance; self-nominations are allowed.
