Talent Board Candidate Experience Awards (CandE)

Overview

The CandE Candidate Experience Benchmark and Awards program recognizes employers with above-average candidate experience based on survey feedback from candidates and recruiting teams. It is run by Talent Board in partnership with Survale, and companies pursue it for benchmarking, credibility, and public recognition as candidate-experience leaders. Credibility signals include multi-year history, large candidate sample sizes, and published methodology and award lists.

Eligibility Requirements

• Participate in the annual CandE Benchmark Research and Awards Program
• Achieve an above-average CandE Score compared to all participants
• Meet minimum candidate survey response thresholds based on hiring volume
• Maintain required hiring-to-rejection candidate ratios (80%+ not-hired surveyed)
