SXSW Pitch

Overview

SXSW Pitch is SXSW’s startup showcase and pitch competition, run by SXSW Conference & Festivals, that spotlights emerging technology companies across multiple innovation categories. Companies pursue it for exposure to investor judges, venture capital and angel networks, media attention, and finalist-stage credibility at one of the best-known creative-tech conferences in the U.S. The competition is a strong credibility signal because finalists are selected through an open call and judged by industry experts.

Eligibility Requirements

• Company’s product and/or service must have launched no earlier than January 1, 2023
• Applicant may enter only one product or service
• Company must be legally registered and compliant with applicable laws
• Founders must retain some ownership in the company
• Company must not have raised over $10 million in combined funding
• Product or service must fit one of the SXSW Pitch categories
