SHRM HR Awards

Overview

SHRM HR Excellence Awards 2026 recognizes organizations for standout HR practices, including innovation, sustainability, impact, and employee well-being across categories such as enterprises, start-ups/MSMEs, and PSEs. It is run by SHRM India/SHRM and judged through a multi-level screening and jury process, which adds credibility beyond a simple nomination contest. Companies pursue it for brand recognition, benchmark validation, and external validation of HR excellence from a well-known global HR association.

Eligibility Requirements

• Organization must meet category-specific turnover/MSME requirements for the Start-Ups/MSMEs track
• Submit proof of turnover below INR 1,250 crores in audited FY 2024-25 financial statements or an MSME certificate issued by the Government of India
• Application and supporting collaterals must be submitted through the SHRM Awards platform by the deadline
