Overview

The Seattle Structures / Best in Real Estate Awards (commonly branded as the Structures Awards – Real Estate Awards Program) is run by the Puget Sound Business Journal to recognize standout commercial and residential real estate deals, developments, and players in the Seattle–Puget Sound region. It focuses on transactions and projects completed in the prior year across categories such as office, multifamily, industrial, retail and mixed-use. Companies pursue it for regional visibility among investors, brokers, developers and civic leaders, and because honorees are selected through the journal’s editorial process rather than paid placements, giving it solid credibility in the local real estate community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Project or real estate deal must be located in the greater Seattle–Puget Sound area
• Project or transaction must have closed or been substantially completed between July 1, 2025 and June 26, 2026
• Nominator must provide deal/project details, key parties involved, and a description of the project’s impact for editorial review
