Seattle Best Places to Work

Overview

Seattle Best Places to Work is an annual program run by the Puget Sound Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Workplace to recognize companies in the greater Seattle area with outstanding employee engagement and workplace culture. Honorees are selected primarily based on confidential employee survey data rather than editorial opinion or self-reported narratives. Companies pursue it for regional brand visibility, help with recruiting and retention, and the credibility that comes from a data-driven ranking by a respected local business publication.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have a physical presence and employees in the Puget Sound/greater Seattle area
• Must have a minimum number of local employees (typically 10 or more) to generate statistically valid survey results
• Must agree to participate in the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey by the stated survey deadline
