The San Francisco Business Times’ Structures / Best in Real Estate Awards honor the top commercial real estate projects, deals, and development teams shaping the Bay Area’s built environment in the prior year. Run by the San Francisco Business Times (and often jointly branded with the Silicon Valley Business Journal), the program highlights standout office, mixed‑use, multifamily, and other CRE projects for design, impact, and execution. Companies pursue it for regional visibility among investors, brokers, and developers, and because winners are selected through an editorial nomination and review process rather than a pure pay‑to‑play model.

Eligibility Requirements

• Project, deal, or transaction must be located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area
• Project or deal activity must have occurred or reached a significant milestone during the eligible 2025–2026 time frame specified on the nomination form
• Nominator must provide detailed project information (team members, size, location, deal terms/impact, and a narrative) and high‑quality images for editorial review
