Honorees are selected through a nominations process reviewed by the publication’s editors rather than via a pay‑to‑play model.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a woman in a senior leadership, founder, owner, or other significant decision-making role
• Nominee must work for a company or organization with a substantial presence in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted via the San Francisco Business Times online form by the stated deadline
