Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must serve in a CFO role for at least two years
• Company must be headquartered in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, or Solano counties
• Nomination must be submitted through the official nomination process for the 2026 cycle
