Overview

San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 awards recognize 40 high-achieving professionals under age 40 who are making significant contributions to business and the broader community in the San Antonio area. The program is run editorially by the San Antonio Business Journal (a regional outlet of The Business Journals network). Honorees gain local visibility, networking opportunities, and a credible third‑party endorsement of their leadership and community impact. Selection is based on editorial review of nominations rather than pay-to-play or purely data-driven ranking.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be under the age of 40 at the time of recognition in 2026
• Nominee must be a business professional working in the greater San Antonio/Alamo City region
• Nominee should demonstrate both significant career achievement and meaningful community involvement
