Eligibility Requirements

• Headquartered or with significant operations in the Greater Sacramento region (as defined by Sacramento Business Journal)
• Privately held, for-profit company with at least three full fiscal years of operating history by the end of 2025
• Minimum revenue threshold (typically at least low six figures in the base year) with verifiable, year-over-year revenue growth over the last three fiscal years, supported by financial documentation or CPA verification
