Sacramento CFO of the Year

Overview

Sacramento CFO of the Year is an annual recognition program by the Sacramento Business Journal honoring top chief financial officers whose leadership, strategic insight, and financial stewardship have significantly advanced their organizations. The awards cover both public and private sector CFOs in the greater Sacramento region and are selected through the Journal’s editorial and judging process, giving them strong regional business credibility. Companies pursue the program for reputational visibility, talent branding, and networking with other senior executives at the awards event.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must serve as CFO or equivalent senior financial executive (e.g., VP Finance) of their organization
• Organization must be located in or have significant operations in the greater Sacramento region
• Demonstrated impact on financial performance, strategic planning, and/or organizational leadership during the qualifying period is required
