Overview

Red Dot Award: Product Design is an international design competition run by Red Dot, recognizing industrially manufactured products for outstanding design quality, innovation, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Companies, designers, and manufacturers pursue it for global visibility, third-party validation, and association with a highly respected design brand; winners are selected by an international jury and honored at the Red Dot Gala in Essen, a strong credibility signal.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to manufacturers and designers from all over the world
• Product must be manufactured using an industrial production process
• Product must have been launched between 1 January 2024 and 1 July 2026
• Previously evaluated products cannot be submitted again, except redesigns
