Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a CEO (or equivalent top executive) of a for-profit company or nonprofit organization headquartered or with significant operations in the Portland, Oregon region
• Nominator must submit an online nomination form via the Portland Business Journal website by the stated deadline
• Nominee should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational performance and positive impact on employees and the broader community
