Phoenix Structures / Best in Real Estate Awards is a commercial real estate recognition program run by the Phoenix Business Journal that honors the most significant and innovative real estate projects and deals in the Phoenix metro area. It spotlights top developments, adaptive-reuse projects, office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and other key asset classes as well as their developers, owners, and project teams. Companies pursue it for regional visibility among investors, brokers, and civic leaders and because selections are made through the Journal’s editorial process rather than being purely pay-to-play marketing.

Eligibility Requirements

• Project or transaction must be located in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area
• Project must have reached a key completion, opening, or transaction milestone during the eligible 2025–2026 timeframe defined in the 2026 call for entries
• Nominations must be submitted via the Phoenix Business Journal’s online form with required project details and contacts; self-nominations are allowed
