The Phoenix Business Journal’s Health Care Heroes Awards honor individuals and organizations in the Greater Phoenix health care community for outstanding contributions in patient care, innovation, research, community service, and leadership. Run by the Phoenix Business Journal’s editorial team, honorees are selected based on merit from open nominations rather than paid placements. Companies and providers pursue it for local visibility among business and health care leaders and for the credibility of an editorially judged regional business journal award.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a health care professional, organization, or related entity serving the Greater Phoenix/Arizona community.
• Must demonstrate significant impact in areas such as patient care, innovation, research, community outreach, or health care leadership.
• Nominations must be submitted through the Phoenix Business Journal’s official online nomination form by the stated deadline.
