Phoenix Best Places to Work

Overview

Phoenix Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards recognize organizations in the Phoenix metro area that demonstrate outstanding workplace culture, employee engagement, and benefits. The program is run in partnership with Quantum Workplace, which administers an anonymous employee survey that determines scores and rankings, making it a data-driven rather than pay-to-play recognition. Companies pursue it for local employer branding, talent attraction, and visibility in the Phoenix Business Journal print and online coverage, as well as at a dedicated awards event.

Eligibility Requirements

• Organization must be located in or have a significant presence in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area
• A minimum number of full- or part-time employees (often 10 or more) must be eligible to take the Quantum Workplace survey
• Company must complete the nomination form and participate in the employee engagement survey within the program timeline
