Overview

Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards recognize outstanding employers in Central Florida based on confidential employee engagement and satisfaction surveys administered by a third-party research firm. The program is run by Orlando Business Journal, part of the American City Business Journals network, and highlights companies that excel in workplace culture, benefits, leadership and overall employee experience. Companies pursue it for local talent-brand visibility, credibility with clients and recruits, and benchmarking feedback that comes with participation. Eligibility Requirements

• Company must operate in the Central Florida/Orlando area (typically within the Orlando Business Journal coverage region)
• Must meet a minimum number of local employees as defined in the nomination materials
• Must agree to allow an anonymous third-party employee survey to be administered to measure engagement and workplace satisfaction
