New York Best Places to Work

Overview

New York Best Places to Work is a regional workplace-honors program that recognizes companies in the greater New York City area for outstanding employee engagement, benefits, and workplace culture. The program is run by the New York Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Workplace, which administers an employee survey and analyzes results. Companies pursue it for local employer‑brand credibility, media coverage, and a third‑party, data‑driven validation of their culture.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have at least 10 full-time or part-time employees working in the New York City metro area
• Must be in business for at least one year as of the nomination deadline
• Must complete the New York Business Journal nomination form and participate in the Quantum Workplace employee survey process
