Nashville Business Journal’s Leaders in Diversity (also branded as Diversity in Business in some years) honors businesses, organizations, and individuals in Middle Tennessee that demonstrate outstanding commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplace and community. Run by the Nashville Business Journal’s editorial team, it is an editorially selected regional business-journal award rather than a pay-to-play ranking. Companies pursue it for local visibility, employer-brand credibility, and recognition among Nashville’s business and civic community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be based in or have a significant presence in the Greater Nashville area
• Nominee (company or individual) must demonstrate measurable efforts or leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion
• Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted via the Nashville Business Journal online form
