Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards recognize companies in Middle Tennessee that demonstrate outstanding employee engagement, culture, and workplace practices. The program is run by the Nashville Business Journal, which partners with a third‑party survey firm (typically Quantum Workplace) to collect confidential employee feedback and calculate scores. Companies pursue the award for employer branding, talent attraction/retention benefits, and regional visibility among peers and job seekers. Eligibility Requirements

• Organization must have a physical presence and employees in the Nashville/Middle Tennessee area as defined by Nashville Business Journal
• Must meet the minimum full-time or full-time-equivalent employee count for its size category (often at least 10 local employees)
• Must agree to allow an independent survey firm to administer anonymous employee engagement surveys during the program window
