Memphis Best Places to Work

Overview

Memphis Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” awards recognize outstanding employers in the Greater Memphis area based primarily on confidential employee engagement survey data. The program is administered in partnership with Quantum Workplace, which conducts the surveys and analyzes results to determine finalists and winners across size categories. Companies pursue the award to strengthen employer brand, aid in talent attraction and retention, and gain independent validation of their workplace culture through a data-driven, third‑party methodology.

Eligibility Requirements

• Company must have an office or significant operations in the Greater Memphis, Tennessee area
• Must have at least 10 full- or part-time employees in the Memphis area to be eligible for surveying and ranking
• Must agree to allow an independent employee engagement survey (typically requiring a minimum employee response rate as specified by Quantum Workplace)
