It is run by Louisville Business First (The Business Journals), which adds credibility through a formal nomination-and-judging process and broad local business coverage. Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee should be an emerging professional in the Louisville area
• Nominee must complete the follow-up application/forms after nomination
• Program is for 40 honorees selected from the 2026 nominee pool
