Overview

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking survey and report for LGBTQ+ workplace equality, rating employers on policies, practices, and benefits. It is run by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and companies pursue it to signal inclusive workplace standards, attract talent, and earn public recognition such as the top score of 100/Equality 100. Credibility signals include HRC’s long-running national report, published methodology, and use as a widely cited workplace equality benchmark.

• Private sector (non-government) for-profit employer
• 500 or more full-time U.S. employees
• Not owned by a larger U.S.-incorporated entity
