Overview

Great Place To Work Certification recognizes organizations with strong employee trust and workplace culture, assessed through the Trust Index employee survey and a Culture Brief. It is run by Great Place To Work and is widely used because certification can make a company eligible for the organization’s Best Workplaces lists; credibility signals include a stated 64.5% minimum Trust Index score and a 12-month certification validity period.
