Genesys CX Heroes Awards

Overview

Genesys CX Heroes Awards is a Genesys customer recognition program that highlights organizations using Genesys Cloud to improve customer experience, employee experience, and measurable business outcomes. It is run by Genesys and judged through its awards program, with credibility signals including published eligibility criteria, category-specific judging, and winners featured through case studies, press releases, and social media. Companies pursue it for customer-story visibility, brand credibility, and association with Genesys' global CX community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a current Genesys Cloud customer with a live solution
• Must be a member of the Genesys Orchestrators Program (registration is free)
• Must agree to a written case study and/or customer video success story
• Must agree to use of organization name and logo in Genesys media and promotional channels
• Must not have won a 2025 Genesys Orchestrators Innovation Award in the same category entered for 2026
