Eligibility Requirements

• Products must have received marketing approval in the USA by December 31, 2025
• Approval must be within the last five years, unless applying under a new/innovative indication added within the previous five years
• Products must be fully FDA approved; provisional approvals are not sufficient
• Categories include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and digital health
